Nacional&lt;/st1:PersonName&gt; de Trabajadores Industriales Forestales afines y actividades anexas, además de representantes de otras organizaciones sindicales. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; de Sindicatos Industriales Forestales Afines y de Actividades Conexas provincia de Bío-Bío Sr. Fernando Constanzo, en conjunto a Fernando Carrasco Mangili, Gerente del Organismo Técnico de Capacitación&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Valdivia &lt;st1:personname productid="LA Ltda.," st="on"&gt;LA Ltda.,&lt;/st1:personname&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;se llevo a cabo la firma del convenio de ejecución del Proyecto &lt;b style=""&gt;“Relaciones Laborales Modernas”&lt;/b&gt; que consiste en mejorar las competencias técnicas, especificas y transversales de dirigentes sindicales pertenecientes a &lt;st1:personname productid="la Federaci￳n Nacional" st="on"&gt;la Federación Nacional&lt;/st1:personname&gt; de Sindicatos Industriales Forestales Afines y de Actividades Conexas provincia de Bío-Bío, a través de un curso de capacitación de 40 horas de duración, en el cual se incluyen módulos sobre Derecho Laboral, Previsión Social, Sindicalismo,&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Habilidades Comunicacionales,&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Manejo de Conflictos, Relaciones Públicas, Oratoria etc. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Al finalizar este curso se realizara un seminario de 8 horas de duración, denominado &lt;b style=""&gt;“Estrategias para Negociación Colectiva”&lt;/b&gt; en el cual participaran empresas forestales de la provincia del Bío-Bío, representantes de gobierno,&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;participantes del curso y dirigentes sindicales cuyo objetivo es fomentar el dialogo social en nuestra provincia,&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;comentar ideas locales y&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;dar a conocer los últimos&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;cambios&lt;span style=""&gt;   &lt;/span&gt;legislativos&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;en la materia, cumpliendo&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;así con el carácter tripartito&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;propio de este proyecto.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;        &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span  lang="ES-CL" style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;El proyecto consiste en mejorar las competencias técnicas, especificas y transversales de 25 &lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;a 30 dirigentes sindicales pertenecientes a &lt;st1:personname productid="la Federaci￳n Nacional" st="on"&gt;la &lt;b style=""&gt;Federación Nacional&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/st1:personname&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt; de Sindicatos Industriales Forestales Afines y de Actividades Conexas provincia de Bío-Bío&lt;/b&gt;, a través de un curso de capacitación denominado &lt;b style=""&gt;“Relaciones laborales modernas&lt;/b&gt;” de 40 horas de duración, en el cual se incluyen módulos sobre Derecho laboral, previsión social, sindicalismo,&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;habilidades comunicacionales,&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;manejo de conflictos, relaciones públicas, oratoria etc. Al finalizar este curso se realizara un seminario de 08 duración horas, denominado “&lt;b style=""&gt;Estrategias para Negociación Colectiva”&lt;/b&gt; en el cual participaran empresas forestales de la provincia del Bío-Bío, representantes de gobierno,&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;participantes del curso y dirigentes sindicales cuyo objetivo es fomentar el dialogo social en nuestra provincia, &lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;comentar ideas locales y &lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;dar a conocer los últimos&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;cambios&lt;span style=""&gt;   &lt;/span&gt;legislativos &lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;en la materia, cumpliendo &lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;así con el carácter tripartito&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;propio de este proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;&lt;span  lang="ES-CL" style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;&lt;span  lang="ES-CL" style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Objetivo general &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;      &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;&lt;span  lang="ES-CL" style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span  lang="ES-CL" style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Las recientes y profundas transformaciones en el mundo del trabajo exigen de dirigentes sindicales una serie de conocimientos, sin los cuales sería imposible enfrentar los impactos de esos cambios en las relaciones de trabajo, en las condiciones en las que el trabajo es ejercido, en la cantidad y calidad del empleo, en las relaciones entre empresas y países y en las formas de solidaridad entre los trabajadores, dentro de este contexto &lt;b style=""&gt;el objetivo de este curso es&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;fortalecer las competencias de los dirigentes sindicales para que puedan cumplir de mejor forma su labor representativa y&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;generar el dialogo social al que están llamados en un&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;pie de mayor&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;igualdad&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;en&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;cuanto a sus capacidades técnicas con los otros actores&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;sociales, dividas&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;estas competencias en tres grande áreas:&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;en la actualización y profundización&lt;b style=""&gt; &lt;/b&gt;de sus conocimientos en el área de los legislación laboral, sindical y previsional, en proporcionar herramientas&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;para mejorar&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;la comunicación&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;interna y externa de la organización sindical que dirigen y en &lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;la entrega de conceptos sobre contabilidad y finanzas,&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;así como&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;herramientas para el diseño y la formulación de proyectos.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span  lang="ES-CL" style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; con un marco normativo nacional actualizado, otorgando herramientas de trabajo para la resolución de las problemáticas que se le presentan en forma cotidiana, generando&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;en los dirigentes sindicales una actitud creativa y moderna acorde a los nuevos tiempos en que vivimos.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;el funcionamiento de una empresa e introducirlo en el mudo de las finanzas,&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;de igual modo se pretende capacitarlos para que cuenten con las herramientas básicas&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;necesarias para formular y presentar proyectos los cuales resulten atractivos par la empresa o el gobierno. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 18pt;
